Abstract:Derived Hall algebras were introduced by To?n which is an extension of Ringel-Hall algebras of finitary abelian categories to derived categories of quiver representations. The study of derived Hall algebras is closely related to quantum groups, (quantum) cluster algebras, compact Riemann surfaces, and so on. In this talk, I will survey the notion of the derived Hall algebra and related topics.
